1) This is an estimate only, no stock is blocked either in the factory or warehouse
2) Payment advice – 100% advance along with Purchase Order
3) Delivery will be done on Ground Floor within a radius of 10 feet from the Vehicle any changes to the same has to be intimated to our coordinator
4) Delivery Terms – Transportation is not mentioned in the quote
5) Tiles Once laid, no complaint and compensation will be entertained after laying
6) Damages up to 3 to 4% will be borne by your organisation
7) No sales return and Change of Design is permitted under any circumstances
8) Shortage and further supply of material are subject to availability in the factory.
9) Our Suggestion is to provide 10% for wastages in your overall quantity
